Course Program

Level 1 - Basic Words & Simple Sentences

Goal: Start using Arabic in short, meaningful phrases.

Children:

  • Identify and use basic vocabulary: family, school, colours, objects
  • Simple phrases
  • Short Arabic Q&A
  • Understand simple classroom instructions

Adults:

  • Everyday phrases: greetings, introducing oneself, expressing needs
  • Basic sentence structure (subject → verb → object)
  • Very short conversations
  • Build core vocabulary for daily life

Level 2 - Early Conversation & Basic Reading

Goal: Hold short exchanges and read simple sentences/paragraphs.

Children:

  • Short dialogues
  • Describing objects with colours + adjectives
  • Reading short illustrated sentences
  • Vocabulary related to home, school, and food

Adults:

    • Reading short paragraphs and dialogues
    • Asking simple questions
    • Using the present & past tense in simple form
    • Basic writing: short sentences

Level 3 - Grammar Foundations & Connected Speech

Goal: Build grammar awareness and speak in joined sentences.

Children:

  • Pronouns & simple verb forms
  • Basic plurals
  • Reading short stories (simple)
  • Speaking in 3–4 sentence turns

Adults:

  • Past & present tense fully
  • Introduction to the future tense
  • Masculine vs feminine forms
  • Forming connected sentences with conjunction tools
  • Reading short stories or dialogues with comprehension questions

Level 4 - Reading Fluency & Expressive Speaking

Goal: Improve reading flow and speak comfortably.

Children:

  • Longer stories
  • Describing events
  • Understanding moral lessons from stories

Adults:

  • Reading short articles and news summaries
  • Explaining opinions and giving descriptions
  • Vocabulary expansion: travel, health, work, feelings
  • Basic paragraph writing

Level 5 - Understanding Real Arabic Content

Goal:  Comprehend authentic, simplified texts and media.

Children:

  • Story comprehension (messages, characters)
  • Summarizing in 2–3 sentences

Adults:

  • Reading authentic (simplified) texts: news, Islamic content, stories
  • Listening to videos with comprehension tasks
  • Understanding grammar inside real passages
  • Writing short reflections

Level 6 - Confident User of Arabic (Fluency)

Goal: Speak confidently, read widely, and understand Arabic in daily life.

Children: Students with passion and willingness to connect with the Qur’an.

  • Telling stories in detail
  • Conversing comfortably with the teacher/class
  • Understanding more complex instructions and lessons

Adults:

  • Fluent conversations
  • Reading authentic texts (articles, khutbah summaries, short literature)
  • Writing full paragraphs or short essays
  • Applying grammar naturally in speech & writing
