Program’s Structure

Level 1 - Basic Words & Simple Sentences

Students learn essential vocabulary and simple sentence patterns for everyday use.

What you’ll learn:

  • Basic vocabulary (family, school, colours, objects)
  • Greetings and simple expressions
  • Introducing yourself and expressing needs
  • Forming simple sentences
  • Short Q&A and very basic conversations
  • Understanding simple instructions

Level 2 - Early Conversation & Basic Reading

Students begin to speak more confidently and read short sentences and paragraphs.

What you’ll learn:

  • Short dialogues and everyday exchanges
  • Describing things using colours and simple adjectives
  • Reading short sentences and basic paragraphs
  • Vocabulary for home, school, and food
  • Asking simple questions
  • Using basic present and past tense
  • Writing short sentences

Level 3 - Grammar Foundations & Connected Speech

Build grammar awareness and speak in connected sentences.

What you’ll learn:

  • Pronouns and key verb forms
  • Past and present tense, with introduction to future
  • Masculine and feminine forms, and basic plurals
  • Linking sentences using simple connectors
  • Speaking in 3–4 sentence responses
  • Reading short stories or dialogues with understanding

Level 4 - Reading Fluency & Expressive Speaking

Improve reading flow and speak comfortably.

What you’ll learn:

  • Reading longer stories and short articles
  • Describing events and expressing opinions
  • Understanding meanings and lessons from texts
  • Expanding vocabulary (travel, health, work, feelings)
  • Speaking in longer, more natural responses
  • Writing short paragraphs

Level 5 - Understanding Real Arabic Content

Comprehend authentic, simplified texts and media.

What you’ll learn:

  • Reading simplified authentic texts (stories, articles, Islamic content)
  • Understanding main ideas, messages, and characters
  • Listening to short audio/video with comprehension
  • Recognising grammar within real texts
  • Summarising in 2–3 sentences
  • Writing short reflections

Level 6 - Fluency & Confident Expression

Speak confidently, read widely, and use Arabic in daily life.

What you’ll learn:

  • Fluent, comfortable conversations
  • Telling and explaining ideas or stories in detail
  • Reading authentic texts (articles, khutbah summaries, short literature)
  • Understanding more complex instructions and discussions
  • Writing full paragraphs and short essays
  • Applying grammar naturally in speech and writing
